HISTORY
When I first began my career in the manufacturing industry, the timing was terrible. Effects of the 2008 market crash were being felt across the nation. Faced with the fear of losing my job, I knew I needed to make myself valuable and essential to the company I was working for at the time. It became apparent to me I needed to know how to do it all, learn everything, run every machine, know exactly what it takes to get the job done, and done right.
As time went on , I moved away and got married, but my attitude towards my employment never left. Every ounce of knowledge I’ve gained is because of the mindset I put myself in. I never stop learning, always take steps forward, help out in any and every way possible, identify and solve the problem.
Especially as Hansen welding continues to grow, we never lose sight of what opened the doors to get us where we are today. Always taking steps forward by identifying the problems facing our industry and offering cost effective solutions.
